Foyer comes from three years of shooting listings — and three years of delivering beautiful work through software that wasn't.

Our founder ran a real estate photography business for three years before writing a line of Foyer. The 6 AM twilight re-shoots, the agents texting "where are my photos?", the invoices that needed chasing, the delivery pages that looked nothing like the work they carried — all of it firsthand.

The tools that existed did the job. But they treated software as plumbing: functional, beige, forgettable. That never sat right with us, because your delivery page is part of your portfolio. It's the moment your client judges what they paid for. It should feel like the work.

So Foyer is built on a simple bet: real estate photographers will choose the platform that makes them look as good as their photographs do. Everything else — the scheduling, the payments, the property sites — has to work flawlessly. But working flawlessly is the floor, not the pitch.

How does the $5 pricing actually work?
You pay $5 when you deliver a completed job to a client — that's the only platform fee. Creating your account, building your storefront, taking bookings, and uploading media are all free. No monthly fee, no contracts, no credits that expire. A small standard Stripe processing fee applies to payments you collect, as it would anywhere.
Is there a free trial or setup cost?
There's nothing to trial because there's nothing to subscribe to. Set up your storefront for free, take your first order, and pay $5 when you deliver it. If Foyer isn't for you, you've spent five dollars finding out.
Is it really white-label?
Yes. Your storefront, booking pages, delivery emails, download portal, and property sites all carry your logo, your colors, and your domain (custom domains on the Pro tier). Your clients see your business, not ours — and we never market to your client list.
What about MLS compliance?
Every property site is generated in two versions automatically: a branded site with the agent's name, photo, and lead capture, and an unbranded site with no agent branding and no calls to action — the version agents submit to the MLS. No manual stripping, no second build, no compliance surprises.
Can I switch from HDPhotoHub, Aryeo, Spiro, or Rela?
Yes, and you don't have to switch all at once — plenty of photographers run a new platform alongside their old one for a few weeks. We'll help you recreate your service catalog, pricing tiers, and client list, and you can point your domain at Foyer whenever you're ready.
How do payments and payouts work?
Payments run on Stripe. You connect your own Stripe account during setup, your clients pay by card, and funds settle directly to your bank — Foyer never holds your money. Pay-to-download is built in, so the media unlocks when the invoice is settled.
What can I deliver besides photos?
Photos (processed automatically into MLS, web, and print sizes), video, drone media, floor plans, and embedded 3D tours like Matterport and iGuide. Everything lands in one branded portal and one property site per listing.
Who owns the media and the client relationship?
You do, on both counts. Your media is yours, your clients are yours, and you can export everything at any time. We're infrastructure, not a marketplace — we will never sit between you and your clients or sell to them around you.
Do you support Canada or Australia?
Foyer launches US-first. Canada and Australia are on the roadmap — the platform is built for multiple currencies and measurement systems from day one. If you're outside the US, write to us; early interest genuinely shapes the order we ship things in.

Terms of Service

The short, human-readable shape of the agreement between you and Foyer.

The service

Foyer provides booking, payment, media delivery, and property-website tools for real estate media businesses and the agents they serve. You're responsible for the content you upload and the accuracy of listings you publish.

Your content

You retain all rights to the media you upload. You grant Foyer only the technical license needed to store, process, and deliver it on your behalf — nothing more.

Fees

Platform fees are charged per delivery as described on the pricing page. Payment processing is provided by Stripe under their terms. Fees are non-refundable once a delivery is completed, except where required by law.

Acceptable use

No unlawful content, no infringing media, no abuse of other users or of the platform. We may suspend accounts that put other customers or the service at risk.

Liability

Foyer is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months preceding a claim.

What we collect, why, and what we'll never do with it.

What we collect

Account details (name, email, business info), the media and listing data you upload, and usage data that helps us keep the service fast and reliable. Payment details are handled by Stripe and never touch our servers.

How we use it

To run the service: process your media, deliver it to your clients, send transactional email on your behalf, and improve the product. That's the list.

What we never do

  • Sell your data, or your clients' data, to anyone.
  • Market to your client list or use it for our own lead generation.
  • Use your photographs for anything other than delivering your work.

Your rights

You can export or delete your data at any time. Residents of California and other jurisdictions with privacy statutes have additional rights, which we honor for everyone regardless of location.
